Custom sample process

After negotiation with customer, on the sample stage we will check below points with them:

1. We will first confirm tech pack with customer for the design/size/colour/logo/trims ect.

2. If customer have no clear techpack , we will supply different model and similar styles pic for them choose.

3. After confirm the design we will confirm the fabric options with customer and we will send different fabric options for customer choose in person.

4. Then we will proceed to make samples and at the same time we will confirm all the package trims like the main label/swing tag/care label/polybag with customer.

5. Before sending samples we will first send sample photo for customer to approval first.

6. Once sent, will let customer know the courier tracking NO and will remind them when will get them.

Production process

Our product sales now have a good management level, production capacity, strict product quality assurance and good quality assurance in Australia, the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden and many other countries and regions.

Custom production process

After negotiation with customer, on the production stage we will check below points with them. Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by ship or land transport.（custom rubber seals）

customers confirm details

We will first let customers confirm all the details on our first sample and if have much changes we will make free samples again accourding to customer’s new requirement.

confirm our last samples

Once customers confirm our last samples we will use the bulk fabric to make PPS for them to check the bulk fabric colour and handfeeling and the fit again

Before proceed bulk

Before proceed bulk our QC will check the whole bulk fabric to confirm if have any faulty & the wash test & the shrinkage rate.

Before cutting

Before cutting we will let customer know how much the final qty will make and to confirm if them will accept the shipping qty with under or over within 5%.

before do stitch work

Before do stitch work our QC will check all the print or embroidery strike off and also will take measured all the bulk piece spec and also will check all the trims like button/zips if them size and colour correct.

In the middle of stitch work

In the middle of stitch work ,our QC will check all the stitch line & workmanship and also will check the spec.

after finished the stitch work

Our workers will do trim thread → our initia QC will check the whole garment fit and spec and do the garment wash test → then do pressing →important QC will check every details like the stitch / seam / button whether will come off / the fit spec is correct / all the trims whether secure / the workmanship can be accept → at last we will do package work

After mass production and FQC

We will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then in cartons. Carton sizes usually be 60cm*40cm*30cm, If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on palet . Of course, if you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money.
